WE COME TO YOU

First, we come to you. We make arrangements to conduct the mediation in two separate and confidential environments that are geographically convenient to the parties.

SEVEN DAYS A WEEK

Second, we are available to mediate seven days a week and we are committed to providing our services at times that are most convenient for you. We will work with you for up to 11 hours a day, if necessary, in order to address all of the issues and come to a resolution in one day. We do not believe in dragging out the conflict into several days/weeks. Resolutions One mediators aim to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

We contact the other party in our mediation service, but do not feel comfortable contacting the other party, then we will contact them for you. We will explain the mediation process and the nature of our services, but we will not try to sell to anyone. In order for mediation to be effective, both parties must be willing to participate voluntarily.
